Scott Martin
Scott began his career in the transportation industry in 1986, spending the early years building multi-million dollar revenues for the companies he managed, as well as helping launch several startups that continue to thrive today. His success made him a sought-after leader in the industry, ultimately leading him to establish one of Landstar’s top-performing agencies in 2002. His hands-on leadership transformed the business into a full-service, asset-based 3PL logistics company. Though he has since taken early retirement, Scott remains a valuable consultant, using his extensive industry knowledge to support AGL’s continued success.
Based in Colorado, he enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring the outdoors with his wife, Betsy, their five adult children, and three dogs.​​

Kait Liggett
Having grown up in the logistics industry, Kait gained early exposure to the dedication and high standards required to provide exceptional transportation services. She holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from Regis University and an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Sage College, with a focus on Organizational Business Management. This expertise allows her to optimize asset and resource management within the company.
As Director of Operations at Aspen Global Logistics, Kait oversees end-to-end operations, implementing strategic solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. Committed to excellence, she strives to build lasting relationships based on loyalty and accountability, setting a standard that goes beyond industry expectations.

CEO and President
Betsy Martin
Betsy joined Scott as Director of Sales in 2003, bringing strong business ethics, communication skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships. Her leadership played a key role in establishing the company’s foundation and driving its early success. In 2008, she stepped into the role of CEO and President, using her strategic logistics expertise and commitment to customer service to fuel AGL’s continued growth. Her vision and problem-solving skills have helped shape the company into a thriving, highly respected transportation agency known for its integrity and reliability.
Beyond her professional achievements, Betsy has been married to Scott for 32 years and is the proud mother of five adult children. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, she finds joy in hiking 14ers, kayaking, biking, and playing a variety of sports. Whether in business or in life, she embraces challenges with determination and a spirit of adventure.​​

Director of Business Management
Cameron Liggett
Cameron holds a B.S. in Psychology from Regis University and a B.S. in Digital Media and Web Technology from the University of Maryland. With years of experience as a web developer and graphic designer, his expertise in user-centric design and technology has helped businesses enhance their online presence and drive sales.
He joined Aspen Global Logistics as Director of IT in 2021, streamlining the company’s technologies to create a more efficient and seamless freight transportation process. In 2023, he transitioned to Director of Business Management, expanding his focus to oversee AGL’s growth and strengthen its brand. Cameron is committed to upholding AGL’s reputation for world-class service and shaping the future of the logistics industry.

In early 2002, Landstar executives recognized Scott Martin, co-founder of AGL, as a leader in the transportation industry and approached him with an opportunity to establish a new agency. Scott had already built a strong reputation through years of success working with various transportation and 3PL companies, gaining invaluable industry experience and earning the respect of his peers.
